Whether you would like to use our service daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly we will provide you with an excellent service every time. The cleaning process is very simple - you tell us whether you want the whole property cleaned or just certain rooms and then you can just sit back and we shall take care of the rest. We supply all the cleaning products and equipment that we will need so rest assured there are no extra charges.

End of Tenancy Cleans

We can clean the outsides of windows as well as the insides, whether it be a one off or regular appointment. We can also do a full clean down service, giving all your upvc including guttering, soffitts, and drain pipes, having it all looking like new in just a few hours.

A Full Clean on the Changeover Day
This is a detailed clean of the property which usually includes providing clean linen and towels and laundering the dirty ones, checking your inventory and the property for any damage/repairs and providing welcome packs (where applicable).

General Refresh and Property Check
As we always clean once your guests have vacated the property, if there happens to be a week or more where the property is unused we will give the property a refresh clean to ensure the property is in top condition for your arriving guests.

Bed Linen and Towels Only/Multi Week Stay
For those guests that are staying for more than a week, we will either service the property and change the bedding and towels(if provided) or we can just simply do a linen change, remaking the beds with fresh linen and leave fresh towels.

Meet and Greet Service
In addition to the above we can also meet and greet your guests and supply them with all the information etc that they may need during their stay.

Laundry and Ironing
We can launder the used bedding and towels and iron the bedding ready for the next use.
