Holiday Home Management Service
Our Holiday Home Management Service was introduced after several of our clients (both those living locally and those living away) requested a service that would help make things easier for them and to use a company that they know they can trust. This service can be in addition to the other services we provide (cleaning, meet and greet service) or it can be a service that you use whilst you are away. Our Holiday Home Management Service is tailored individually to each client to ensure all your wishes are met. Some of these services are:
If your property is vacant for a period of time we are happy to visit the property to check internally and externally for things such as vandalism, break-ins, storm damage, burst pipes etc. We can also redirect any post if required. Each time we inspect the property we complete a property check form including the date, time and detailing what condition the property was in and highlighting any attention needed or any urgent works that were carried out. (Any works carried out would be agreed in advance to cover things such as break-in repairs, burst pipes). Please Note that most insurance companies require Holiday Homes to be checked regularly when they are vacant. Failure to have the property checked regularly may result in your insurance cover becoming void.
If you would like us to allow access to your property, for any reason, such as tradesmen, deliveries etc. we can deal with this for you and make sure that the property is left secure for your peace of mind.
Should your guests have a problem or if there is a problem at the property we can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to deal with these problems.
We can also arrange to deal with your property maintenance and repairs. You can find details of our services under our “home services” section.
